It’s a perfect place to sit and relax, go for a walk, go out on your boat, rent a paddleboat or canoe, or enjoy a day fishing.
Wonderful as always. Guest areas are always well taken care of and free of debris. There is a nice gazebo where you can look out on sippo and see all the fish in the algae. There’s paths to explore the forest and so much to do. Even has bathrooms and water fountains! Good way to teach kids about nature
It’s such a beautiful park and a great place to take kids. There’s a playground, a nature center to see animals undergoing rehabilitation, and my daughter loves the book walk where there’s a short trail where you walk from one page of a kid’s book to another (my geek side can only dream of the Buckeye Trail doing this with Lord of the Rings)

This is an absolutely beautiful location! It is dog friendly. Beautiful water and the pier is long! It’s an excellent place with a lot of trails to lead you to playgrounds etc. There’s bathrooms and doggie pick up stations. It’s so mesmerizing that you have to watch to make sure your dog doesn’t jump in the water 🙂
