Don’t live in the neighborhood; happened by while geocaching. Nice little neighborhood park with a neat, clean book box (LFL), basketball court, and a great playground. Street parking in view of those. Side path between houses (alternate parking on a side street) is rather overgrown. Some prickly things/poison ivy aside the path behind the courts, so watch your legs.
