This park is really nice and perfect for BBQs, kids’ parties, or baby showers. It does get pretty crowded, especially on weekends, so if you’re more of an introvert, it might feel a bit overwhelming. Weekdays, on the other hand, are quieter and ideal for a peaceful walk or small outing
I have a little one, and there are two separate playgrounds, though they’re a bit of a walk apart. One downside for me is the sprinkler area it’s pretty small and not the cleanest. But overall decent park.
It was Barbados Day here
plenty of stall and food
clothing and jewelry
Very nice and quite park on a weekday. Parking along the street. There are plenty of picnic tables, chess tables, bathroom facility, baseball field on the area I walked. Pollinator gardens that add a lot of colors and tons of bees appreciate. Short trail loops. Over all is clean, there are trash behind the garden. There are plenty of trash can, please don’t trash this wonder park.
Our go-to park for walking our two big dogs from home in East Flatbush, just 15 minutes away. It is not crowded, the paths are well cared for, and there are options for longer or shorter walks depending on how energetic the pooches are. Except at the height of summer weekends, when it is a popular spot for picnics and barbecues, there is ample street parking.
The park is large and has different trails to be explored. They have a couple of play areas for kids of all ages. There are basketball courts, cricket areas, baseball fields, soccer field, and a skateboard, roller blading space. There are public bathrooms that are cleaned. The park does get crowded quickly.
