It was okay for the most part but the grass is very high. It was above my knees up to my thighs. The bathrooms to the concession stand were locked. But the equipment looks decent. Hadn’t been there in years.

As far as parks go, this one is on the lower end of the scale. There is some play equipment, a couple of benches or picnic tables to sit on and no bathroom. But I will have to give it credit for the fact that it is very quiet out there. I love to go out there sometimes at night and just sit in my truck and listen to the radio.

As far as I know, there’s no playground, bathroom or picnic area but I have seen a couple people there with their dogs. It’s not your typical park per say.
I like to go there and sit in my truck with the windows down and listen to the frogs, crickets and any other animal out there sing. It is just so quiet (no people running their mouths) and relaxing breathing in the fresh air and sitting there helping clear your mind.

This is a small community park that features a picnic area with a pavilion and a grill, playground equipment and a baseball field. However, the creek that runs through the middle of the park is terrible littered with plastic bottles, cans and other garbage from careless visitors.

Well another one of my rendevouz. First off I think I saw a sign that says no pets or dogs or something to that effect. I’ve been to this park a couple of times before but this time I had expected to see something different being it was actually flooded during hurricane Matthew and Florence. I’m not sure where this towns priority lies but it’s definitely not with the welfare of the kids and recreation. This park is long overdue for rebuild and furthermore drainage. This could and should be the best park in bladenboro. Let’s do better with this one and get involved. Mosquitoes are definitely the parks security force and are definitely on duty. I’m not saying you can’t have a nice time at this establishment but you should definitely come prepared. Also I will say it’s not very handicapped accessable. One of them do your homework parks not just let’s go to the park park.
