It’s great they have a big dog park, and a separate fenced area for our tiny dogs. A year ago every one had to bring their own lawn chair to the small dog park. I see now they’ve installed 3 benches. And what looks like a frame for a shelter from rain & snow that’s about to go up. I only wish they had a pump action well/water fountain. And that they would take the big padlock off the rear entrance of the big dog park (which is only 20 feet from the front entrance of the small dog park), so park-goers could walk between the 2 sections, instead of walking what’s a substantial distance to get to the entrances between the 2 dog parks. I’m in good shape but I still have to drive up to the big dog park entrance from the parking (pull-over curb) of the small dog park. It just doesn’t make sense to not connect the 2 areas, or, at least have access to 1 another. Since there is a gate right there 20′ apart. But it has a massive padlock on it. But for as small as Beaver Dam is, their dog parks are impressive. They’re are no restrooms, so use one before you arrive.
