It’s a nice area. Weirdly quiet though. I can hear my heart beating while I’m just sitting. You can hear trains coming from miles away because of how quiet it is. It does have some cell service which is good.

My 2nd visit to Amboy Crater, and I don’t recommend doing the hike in 80°+ temperatures if you’re prone to heat exhaustion like me. It’s an easy hike and well worth your time. Hi, Mom!! I love you and everything you and Pop have done for us! 👋🏼🥰❤️
