Love it there
This trail has always been kept nicely by the Army core of Engineers and other volunteers. Excellent trail!
Great place for many outdoor activities. Wish the dam had a sidewalk on the other sides of the Guardrails to walk with a great view.
Great hiking trails
Always a good time on this side of the dam. Not many people know of the “church side” of the dam. Not a long hike but if the other sides are packed this one is most likely pretty dead. Excellent view of the river on this side and I’ve done quite a few photoshoots over here to avoid people but Still get some great shots. My family also likes coming here for when we are looking for a nice quick walk. Highly recommend if you are trying to avoid being social on the more popular paths.
