This place is really dilapidated. It’s a shame no locals are willing to clean it up. And with the fire that just occurred It’s that much worse. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Beautiful spot. Along some of the paths is a bit of trash but looks like a really nice area to take a nice walk along the river. Picnic benches and grills are limited but it doesn’t look like it’s a busy area.

If I were a local teenager, I would love it. As a camper, it’s OK for a few hours to stop while you figure your next stop.
A couple younger guys stopped nearby just sitting their car staring my way. I feel they want the spot.
It’s not too trashy, but it does smell of poop.

Not such a great park. A few picnic tables and a lot of dust. You can get close to the Rio Grande though.
