Scenic, peaceful, shady, go fishing or have a family picnic!
It was great it wasn’t that hot it was cloudy and cool . Very relaxing if your on a boat we caught few fish
Another 5 star fishing lake in KS. Excellent gravel and trails for biking. Lake is full, gorgeous and COLD with that famous 39 inches of water clarity. Lovely primitive campsites, mine had a private beach and jetty with a very nice fire pit. Can’t speak on the bathrooms as I bring my own but very low activity on a Friday and Saturday. Close enough to Emporia you could ride into town if you wanted. 5/5 and will be back!
Love this little lake and area. Peaceful, clean and well kept. My dogs and I go walking/hiking there all the time. Love their little nature trail.
One my favorite spots to fish more than good fishing i love the scenery specially sunsets. Love this place ❤
