This is a beautiful park with huge, old trees and plenty of shade. There are two separate areas (small and large dogs), both with seating areas.
There is a separate children’s play area, a volleyball court, and walking trails. It’s really a nice place and is never crowded!
Awesome park. There is a small playground, pavilions to sit at if they haven’t been rented, 2 full size volleyball nets in sand, 2 fenced in dog areas, and well kept restrooms. Plenty of parking and beautiful scenery all around. Very cute place and we look forward to going back!
I love this park. It’s so beautiful and has history. Nice playground that coveted. Super clean bathroom for a park. Coveted picnic pavilions, grills, water, sand volleyball, access to conservation land, historical cattle buildings newly made building, grain bin, amazing trees…. A nice shaded dog park with small/large sides. Plenty of parking. Love how everything is spaced out.
What a cute park with some neat history to learn.
Did a short walk at Beck Ranch Park after walking at Green Springs Park and Lake Monroe. You park on a large grass covered field. Good signage is by the gate to enter the pak. We were the only car there. Walked into the park area and took a short walk there but didn’t have enough time to explore all the trails. No bathrooms. Maps are available at the Kiosk If you plan to hike here.
We went for a hike and the trails are NOT very well marked so I suggest you have a satellite map so you can see other trails that can get you back on the right trail or like us get you to a road so you can get back to your car. Still a beautiful day outside and the park itself looked lovely.
