Love this falls. Wish I could have gotten close to the bottom. The views were amazing. They had park staff present which was nice. The hike itself was moderate. The different viewpoints were beautiful. There is plenty of parking.

Absolutely stunning! 🌲✨ The trails at Linville Falls are well-maintained and offer different levels of difficulty. The views of the waterfall are breathtaking from every angle, especially from the upper overlooks. You can truly feel the power of nature as the water rushes down into the gorge. I highly recommend taking a moment to meditate at the top — the energy and vibrations there are incredible. A perfect place to recharge, enjoy the mountain air, and connect with nature. 🌄💦

It’s hard to honestly rate this. The one trail to the top of the falls was closed due to extensive damage from Hurricane Helene.

But the view from the lookout points on the other trail were wonderful.

Beautiful place to visit! Amazing views! Just be prepared to spend some time here, we stayed for a couple of hours. Be prepared to do some walking, I thought the trail’s and terrain was a little harder than they let on.😬 My legs were definitely hurting the next day 😅🥲 Definitely worth it though and I’d do it again if given the chance! Just go early, take lots of breaks and go at your own pace. There are benches along the trail’s here for you to stop and rest. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Not suitable for a stroller, and I wouldn’t bring small children 🚫 Perfect for a couple though!❤️ We had a lot of fun!

Nice hike some elevation changes. Would have been nice to know you couldn’t get to the falls to see it. Ended up hiking to the overlook about a 1/4 mile past the falls. Trails were a little muddy the day we went.

Relly nice little park, great place for picnic and wandering about. Bring a camera the falls and buildings along with the water wheel are great for making images of. Bring water shoes so you can walk in the water below the falls. Its a great little place, with nice hostory and is dog friendly. Just keep em on a leash and clean up after them.
