Nice uncrowded dog park (only ones there) , of mostly grass and some sand. Benches need to be spruced up or replaced and more doggie garbage pails, as I could tell a few dogs of different sizes were there earlier. Still a nice park with another fenced area for kids to play little league. Yeah, I even picked up for one dog owner.

I take my german shepherd there occassionally and she loves it. Its a great place to get a dog socailized if you’re working on that and help to encourage the dog to know that other dogs are there to be friends just as much as humans are too. My german shepherd is a rescue who was severely abused and she is terrified of humans and other dogs. But once she realizes she can trust you or the other dog she is .ore than happy to cuddle and play.
