Dog Anxiety: Causes, Signs & What Actually Helps
Many dogs show clear signs of dog anxiety, including pacing, panting, and seeking constant reassurance. If your dog paces, whines, […]

Located at 3385 Astorbrook Cir in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Digger’s at Dad Clark Park is a popular spot for dog owners looking for a dog-friendly park with natural scenery. Unlike many other parks in suburban Denver, this off-leash dog park is known for its grassy areas and native plants, making it a refreshing alternative to the typical dirt-only dog parks. The walk to the park is scenic and peaceful, perfect for those who want a quiet retreat with their canine companions.
Enjoy pet-friendly trails and plenty of open space where dogs can run and play off-leash. Water is available during the summer months, and bag stations for waste disposal are thoughtfully placed throughout the park. Digger’s at Dad Clark Park offers a relaxed atmosphere and is especially appreciated for its well-kept natural grass—but do keep in mind that shade is limited, so visiting during cooler hours is recommended.
This is an awesome dog park. Be sure to take your houndy there.
Great “hidden” park for your pooch to run free! Water available during the summer months for the thirsty pups! Don’t bring your buddy when it’s hot, there really isn’t much shade..
Great park with grass, plants and water for the dogs. There just aren’t any dogs when we ever come for Chewy to play with 🙁
Nice off leash area. If you walk more than 50 feet away from your car, its easy to find, so despite what some other clueless (lazy) reviews said, this place is correctly labeled as a dog park. For being in a “nice” neighborhood, there sure was a TON of dog crap everywhere. There are bag posts nearly every 200 feet, pure laziness. Probably wont come back, as there are cleaner dog parks in South Denver, I dont want my dogs to catch something.
This dog park is really great. The walk to it is a little far, but beautiful and worth it for the quietness you get even in the suburbs. Great place and unlike other dog parks this one isn’t just worn down to only dirt. There are plants. Also appreciative of the nice (working) water spigot.
