Called to verify this complex offered what I was looking for before wasting my time and gas. When I went in to fill out an application, I was given differing information. As I was getting back into my car a woman clearly under the influence pulled up and started talking to me as if I knew her. Her words were slurred and she didn’t acknowledge when I told her she has the wrong person. She just kept talking as if I had known her forever. For this reason, I am glad this complex doesn’t actually offer equal housing opportunities.
Deserves 0 stars. The manager refuses to fix damage to apartment not caused by current tenants. Please do not waste your time and efforts moving into this place.
if i could give this place a 0 star i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. the staff is NEVER at the office, my husband and i constantly had trouble getting in touch. when we first walked in to our apartment, caulk, dirty bandaids, and tools were left all over the kitchen for ME to clean up. they never helped us with the mail problem (an old residents mail would fill up our mail box until nothing else could fit, and we were just told to push it through the slot in the door). the gym is NEVER open. maintenance was awful, you could never get in contact with anyone to fix anything. this complex was advertised as “low income” apartments. the leasing manager looked over our income, and APPROVED for us to move in. After 7 months of not being able to get ahold of anyone, and dealing with all the trash and nastiness in the parking lot, we came home to an EVICTION notice on our door stating they “messed up our paperwork”, and it turns out we made too much money to be considered “low income” and should’ve never been approved to move in. we were given 30 days to move out, AND on top of that were told we needed to pay out water bill (but we were never told the water bill was separate from rent. we were told it was included in our NULL rent payment.) i know times are tough but how is NULL AFFORDABLE for “low income”. im not sure what kind of shady stuff is going on at this place, but it is very unprofessional, and it shouldn’t even be operating. we paid months of rent, and weren’t even compensated for THEIR mistake. the entire complex needs to shut down. no one is ever there, so there is no strictness against marijuana usage, pets or trash clean up. the entire parking lot is filthy, not to mention all the crime going on around the apartment complex. about the only good thing was the Spectrum internet (that was obviously separate and not included in the rent.)🙄 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Management doesn’t have the experience to run an apartment complex. We moved in, our blinds were broken. They were never fixed, management were told. When we moved out, we were charged for the blinds and it was reported to our credit report. Drugs are all over complex, including management.
I have been on the waiting list since October 15th, 2021. I was told by one of the management, that of the two bedrooms/two bathrooms was going to be available in November. It is now February 2, 2022. I emailed the management again asking for availability and they said there isn’t any availability. But the website said the next availability was February 8, 2022. I’ve waited for 3 months, but I’ll go apartment searching somewhere else.
