Booked a 30 day stay to visit friends and just to relax.
Only complaints I have is there are posted speed limits posted at 10mph then 15mph BUT a 1/3 of the people think that 20-25+mph is perfectly fine I had mentioned to the office a few times and I’ve seen workers on their carts see this and say nothing! Disappointing! (The back row where we were was the worst)
It only takes one person to walk around the front of their vehicle and get hit by one of these speeders (as almost happened to me with a contractor) this is a nice park but roads are narrow no reason to speed through here NONE!
I feel the management should crack down more on this.
NO REASON TO SPEED THROUGH ANY RV PARK NONE!
Leash rule but saw someone (won’t mention who) on their carts with 2 dogs an no leash!
Also I asked for a spot that backs up to the pond an was told the 2 available spots were spoken for but only one got used for 3-4 days the whole 30 days we were here!
Wife and I discussed buying a place in here to snowbird next season but second guessing it for a few reasons
1. New rules for existing homes (no more concrete pads, no more carports, etc) some make sense some don’t!
2. SPEEDERS (feel nothing is being done and will not take a chance of my wife getting hurt or myself)
3. Floods easy
(ON A GOOD NOTE WE HAD GREAT NEIGHBORS)

Friendly residents, makes me feel like I am welcomed. Clean facilities and grounds. Great walking paths. Activities that keep me involved and opportunities to socialize with other guests. Loved site I was in, sun when I wanted it, shade too when I had to much sun.

I stayed at this park three years in a row. Last time was 7 years ago. We returned this year and with 2 weeks left on our stay. We left and went to another park. The one lady at the front desk was harder to deal with than a angry rattle snake. We were told to remove our portable dog fence which was fine. Then seen that staff member who lives there had the same thing up. I would not stay at this park if it was offered for free. Attitude of staff is horrible. Was told by a year round Tennant that they were afraid to say anything for fear of retaliation. What a shame was such a nice park 7 years ago.

When selling your place corporate will scam you on your lease for 6/6. You have to pay in full if you are selling, even if your a month into it. You will not get your money back plus they charge the new people a whole another lease on the same place. They double dip. The pool area, the floor around the pool is painted 2 different colors for some reason. There was a bandaid someone stuck on the side of the pool above the water. It was there for over a month. Obviously maintenance doesn’t clean up. The area by the pool table is nothing but a cluttered mess. And they have so called work out machines that are scattered about. The park put in new electrical box next to the shed, but since we were selling we had to get rid of our shed, cuz it was too close to the electrical box! My biggest beware is they double dip on your lease.

I’ve been here 2 years and I’m about to sign for another year. I love this place. I live here with my dog. She loves to say “hi” to everyone even the other dogs. I feel relatively safe here. Their rates are very reasonable. I see a lots of complaints in here. If you don’t like it, move. If you like it stay. I love it here and no plans on moving anytime soon. The pool is nice. I take walks everyday with my dog I feel very safe. The office staff and managers are very helpful and nice. It gets busy during the season months and really quiet during off season, but that’s anywhere. Any place you live your going to find Karen’s.
