What a perfectly pleasant little park. Actually, considering the size of the open fields and number of picnic tables, not so little. Yountville is great little town but this park punches above it’s weight class.
Great playground for the little ones and nice padded material under the structures instead of tan bark that gets stuck in shoes. The Yountville parks department did a fantastic job with this gem.
We took the little ones to pick up some wine at Miner and we’re hoping to tire them out before attempting a sit down lunch at a restaurant. The park was so nice that we decided to walk over to the excellent Taco Truck nearby and eat at the park. Great decision, we didn’t drop as much money into the local economy but don’t worry restaurateurs, with our wild four year olds, bullet dodged.
I think we’ll be stopping off in Yountville for the playground every time we got to Wine Country moving forward.
Also, the restrooms were clean and we’ll supplied.

If anyone’s looking for a place to celebrate or hang out with family/ or friends, this is the place. It’s very spacious so it can accommodate large groups of people. Of course, people need to reserve in advance.
Besides the spaces, restrooms are clean and well maintained.

Yountville Park is a fun playground and a wonderful location for parties. I’d recommend party area #1, which is next to the playground. Three shade triangles were hung since the last time I was at this park. Great shade from them as well as from the trees.

Beautiful. Clean. Large grass area. Large picnic area with four or five picnic tables. Multiple playground structures for kids little and big. Swings both for babies and bigger kids. Two really nice and clean bathrooms. Just beware of parking because one section along the west side requires permits. The rest is free parking.
