It is a beautiful place with great staff. Everyone welcomed us in like part of the family. We enjoyed every moment of it, from trail rides with Jonathan, Barrel racing tutorial with Carrol to working cattle with Kenny and Dakota. Meals were plentiful and delicious. Kim and Lisa are amazing cooks and great company. We would definitely recommend staying.

We recently stayed at Cherry Creek Lodge and were incredibly impressed with not just the lodge itself, but the level of service from everyone at the ranch. Let me begin by saying DO NOT use Waze for navigation to get there. It ended up taking us down a rugged rocky back-path that caused us to get a flat tire and then stuck in dirt to where we had to call the ranch (luckily we got stuck in a location with 1 bar of cell service) and Carol and her husband Kenny came to our rescue. The next day, their whole family assisted in taking the tire into town, getting it replaced then bringing it back and helping get in installed. That was incredibly generous of them and truly helped save the rest of the weekend for us. With that problem resolved, we were able to enjoy our stay on their beautiful ranch. The food was amazing and their hospitality was top-notch.

Loved our stay at this beautiful property! Jonathan is a hard-working and talented wrangler who loves his horses. He was also knowledgeable about the history of the Pleasant Valley War. Lisa and Kim were exceptional cooks and gracious hosts, providing bubble bath for the Owner’s Hideaway and a cake for our anniversary. Kim was familiar with the history of the ranch and heart of the Lechters. What a special place with the best hospitality. Taking the whole family back next time!
