Pretty good place to go kayaking. They do have rentals, and a brand new kayak launch, but the launch is a long walk from the parking lot so bring your wheelie cart. If you bring your own kayak, drive on down to the regular boat ramp and use that. It’s a much easier in-and-out.

Back creek is the perfect public kayak spot to launch out for an adventure to Goodwin island. If you have the time and energy you can circle the island! Restrooms are located near the tennis courts (neither are close to the boat launch). Parking has always been great but I only go super early in the morning. There’s a decent sized dock near the boat launch where I’ve seen people catching large blue crab.

Great pickleball courts! 12 pickleball courts plus tennis courts. There are restrooms only a minute walk from the courts. Pickleball paddle racks makes it so everyone is welcome to play. There are lights on the courts if you need them just push the buttons on the restroom building.
