Been living here 2 years now, I love how pet friendly my building is, the gym is perfect, and the staff is great, especially Erica and Shelly, Erica is the morning concierge she talks to every resident, and makes you feel like family, will go way over and beyond the call of duty to make sure whatever concerns or needs you have are met. Shelly, although she works in the office, if you catch her on the property showing future residents apartment she always greets you with a smile and asks how your day is going. For anyone reading this and is deciding to move here, if you want a pet friendly, clean building, and that family feeling this could be the place for you.

Great apartment complex with friendly and courteous staff. Esp the concierge’s at the entrance always willing to go above and beyond to assist and make us as residents feel so welcomed. The atmosphere is like walking through a spa soothing music takes place here stress off work or where ever you coming from away..:

Had a wonderful experience working with Sabrina. She’s fast, and super informative. Was very grateful for her honesty and transparency, and for getting us through the process as we were looking for an apartment! She was able to provide her so much information and answer questions we didn’t even know we had, I’m grateful to have worked with her. She was great, and we’re excited to move into this apartment.

Will update soon with pictures but: my son, wife and I have lived here the last 2 years and change and all those stories you hear about absent landlords and managers and rude staff are the complete opposite from what we’ve gotten here. From the resident manager Mike to the amazingly helpful concierge team like Carlos, Jose, Hazel, and Issac, we’ve enjoyed our years here. Whenever we’ve had any concerns, Mike has been empathetic and solution oriented, and the guy doesn’t go home! My guys Jose and Carlos really are welcoming and are easy to talk to and no matter what and are about making the little things easier for you. And the maintenance crew like Brian really have been speedy with things that have needed attending to. Lastly, got new management like Melanie who’ve transitioned in and make you feel heard. All of your efforts are appreciated and we appreciate making living here easier and just a better experience!
