The most intense activity I’ve had anywhere in a long time. From UFOs to Coyotes to Frogs and fish to Bigfoot. Enjoy the night but beware. Daytime is a nice hike too
Great trail to walk. Do NOT go after rain because it becomes VERY muddy. Most of the trail is bare ground or grass. There’s hardly any gravel or woodchips. It IS almost perfectly flat, though. If you can’t hike/climb/walk up certain elevations, this trail is perfect. You can enjoy nature while walking this perfectly straight path.
This trail is great, in the pictures you’ll see an owl and some garter snakes we saw on our hike. Definitely good for people who like bird watching and walking an easy trail.
Nice straight trail that cuts through swamps and creeks.
Quiet. Must be really nice in spring
Will be back!
Parking lot is minuscule, but the nearby harley davidson store has plenty of space
The great place to walk for bird watchers, dog walkers, baby runners and psychopaths that belong in a mental asylum that like talking to themselves (me). Very easy trail, straight going road. No hills, you can go bike riding. One problem is around the middle lf the trail is a fallen log. In some parts there is a creek running through, I have met turtles, mink, beavers, ducks, geese, a variety of birds. I visited it during the winter and am waiting for summer with hopes if it being a nice cool place to walk. There are several benches for those who need often rest.
