The Bashakill is a favorite walking destination at any time of the year. It has lots of wildlife and pretty views. Its an old track bed so entirely flat. It can be muddy at many times of the year. Many parking locations. Across from Baskakill Winery is a popular spot…eagles off to left side of that parking. This is the best kayak launch. Half amile past the winery on the left is a local waterfall that flows great at this time of year and dries up in summer. Todays pics come from the hike off the parking area just past the falls. Go left at trail head…very pretty.

Beautiful spot to catch sunrise or sunset, I parked on a gravel indent on the side of the road. However there are a lot of no parking signs…🤷‍♂️
