It is hidden. Nobody knows there is this tiny dog run, and no one uses it. Instead so many dog owners unleash their dogs in the park. They don’t care whether the park management plants new grass or their dogs destroy eco systems. They never pick up their dog poop. It makes the park look like a desert. The park management should close this run and open a new one somewhere to curb these irresponsible behaviors.

It’s pretty small for a dog run, but the worst thing about it is it’s all concrete instead of grass. They should remove the concrete and have grass there instead.
