Over a month later and the unauthorized payment that was STOLEN from me still has not been reimbursed into my account. No response to my 20 emails and they blocked my phone calls. NULL taken from me and I did not even have a reservation. Criminals!!! Karma will find you.
You should be allowed to not click on any stars because this company does not even deserve one. They stole NULL from me and are now ignoring all of my emails, calls and text. I did not even confirm a reservation with them, I did not authorize any payments and they took my card that was on file with them over 2 years ago and processed a deposit for a reservation that did not even exist. After reading multiple report from BBB it looks like this is what they do to people all the time. This is disgusting and I cannot believe they run an operation like this. I will continue to report them. I urge you read up on this company before you even think about letting your dog be in their care. Disgusting!!!!
After two wonderful years at Wagging Tails in Wolcott, we will no longer be using their services. Our dog experienced two events within the past month that made us realize that Wagging Tails is no longer a safe or enjoyable place for our dog. We reached out to Manager Joelle to discuss our situation. She listened and apologized for what had happened. Joelle stated we would receive a refund for a boarding stay. However, we did not receive a follow up phone call or refund. We truly hope things can change at Wagging Tails because it definitely does not offer great customer service or pet enjoyment like it did in the past.

I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star
Rosa loved her stay here! I’ll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at ‘grandma’s house’! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It’s her home away from home. I’m considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We’ll be back!
