What a great place to walk and still be close to the village with plenty of parking. Don’t know why I haven’t walked here before.

Very beautiful place with different trails ending in many places from Wake Forest University to Raynolda house and across the street the Graylyn estate! We always enjoy our time walking, exploring the area and events happening around as well as beautiful flowers!

This is such a nice woodland trail that leads you to the parking lot, closest to the main entrance, at the far end of the museum. I crossed paths with quite a number of dog owners and everyone on this trail is friendly. On this trail, you will see the creek, body of water, the back of the museum, and an overlook. It’s a great place to spend time with nature.
