Every time I come to Winfield, we stop here.
My Ellie loves to come smell all the new smells she can smell! Lol
She has warmed up to the obstacle course type activities there as well.
Very large area.
6 out of 10 visits, they will have doggie bags in the provided dispenser at the opening of the gate , and the waste bucket also conveniently located nearby
Cool water fountain for your pet in each area
There are 2 totally separate areas ( 1 for Small Dogs, and 1 for large dogs ), with the ability to open in the middle easy access to either side without having to go out and back in and vise versa.
Only 1 real complaint, and NOT for the property, nor the owner or person responsible for this property, ( more for the animal owners ), . . . .
If someone thinks that they are responsible enough to own any animal, to truly put in the time with it, has patience with forgiveness, and love it as your own family. . .. then do the responsible pet owner thing.. .. ..
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pickup after your dog. No one wants to see it, let alone step in it. Xoxo.
This cheap town can’t afford doggie bags…. EVER! Also a lot of dogs off the leash OUTSIDE the dog park. Sign at park says no alcoholic beverages but what a joke that is if you look in their blue trash cans
Really nice! Huge area for dogs to run, really accessible but still felt safe and private. Definitely recommend
Nice place for large and small dogs with two separated fenced areas. Really sad that the old sports park next to it is in need of updates and repair. I do pick up trash when there.
We’re passing through and wanted to find a place to exercise our pups. This dog park is smaller than they are used to but they were still able to stretch their legs and burn off some energy. It has several agility obstacles that were fun for my pups to try. It’s free. They do have poop bags and a waste station so be respectful, and use them.
