Lots of space, shade and water. It also has a picnic area and the dog park is divided into one area for small dogs and another for bigger dogs.

It is always nice if you have a place where dogs can socialize and play with each other. Most owners follow the rules, some don’t (apparently they cannot read or they simply don’t care).

Over the years, plenty of dogs came through, even “out-of-towners”. Every visitor praised the park as one of the nicest parks they have ever been. Quite a few dogs stop by on the way through North Carolina.

We’ve been to dog parks all over the country, literally. This is one of the nicest we’ve seen! They pretty much thought of everything. Picnic tables, shade canopies, and even little pools. 10/10!

Always Love coming here to walk with my family. Thoisnot Park has fishing, dog park, skateboard park, baseball/softball field, playground and a gorgeous lake to look at with lots a ducks that you can feed. They have feeders that are a quarter for a handful almost that you can give to the ducks.
