Strasburg Township Park is very nice. There’s a larger parking lot as soon as you pull in, then a road down towards the creek with a smaller lot and ramp to the water. I’m assuming this is for smaller watercraft such as kayaks or canoes. If you go left under the overpass the path will take you to the disc golf course. If you go right you can follow the path along the perimeter of the field. You’ll eventually end up at a clearing with four benches. If you continue to follow the perimeter past this, you’ll see a wooden post signaling Little Beaver Trail (RED hiking loop trail on map). There are great spots for dogs to go in the creek along the path. Things to note: there are no restrooms or trash cans. Please take out what you bring in. There are also private properties close to the trail so be respectful and clean up after your pet. Dogs can be off leash but must be under control.
