Pretty little park by the Willimantic river. Plants and flowers are maintained by the Windham Garden Club, they do a lovely job! There are different flowers at different seasons.Dog walking is allowed. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is that unfortunately they do have a problem with graffiti. People enjoy strolling here and kids love to ride their bikes.
