Although some amenities may be limited, residents benefit from quiet surroundings and the joy of exploring local nature with their dogs. Easy access to pet-friendly trails and the serene Texas landscape makes this location unique for those traveling or relocating with dogs.
Very quiet. Wonderful, accommodating staff. Permanent residents were very welcoming. The roads into the resort and leaving the resort do need work. Most of the interior roads need a bit of improvement but not as much as leading in and out of the resort. We will be visiting again!!
In early April the Spring time flowers here are amazing. Plenty of sky for Starlink satellite. Friendly people here.
cons: Water pressure is a little low and picture of the little weed seeds from our pets feet on the daily.
Moving here was one of the best decisions I have made.
My Brother-in-law lives here and it is very nice. If you have ever been in West Odessa, Tx you’ve seen the junk yard on one end of the block and the mansion on the other. Lol
The neighbors are really nice, but the management and office staff are an extreme pain to deal with on any day. There’s also a concurrent problem of loose dogs that don’t even belong on the park grounds as no one knows who the owner of them are. So far, there have been 3 male dogs that have been preying on my dogs, not even allowing us to exit the RV with them as they sit on our concrete.
We’ve tried on multiple occasions to talk to the management and office people of this place to see if they could do anything to assist, but they just reply with “Ok.” I’ve also had other bad experiences dealing with these people, including this one.
If you’re fine with dealing with every single issue arising on the lot by yourself without the assistance of staff or management, then it would be a 5/5. The neighbors are wonderful.
