Saxon Woods Park Dog Park in White Plains, New York

Nestled in the heart of White Plains, Saxon Woods Park offers scenic, pet-friendly trails perfect for dog owners looking to explore nature with their pups. The park is known for its wooded hiking paths, making it popular for dog-friendly hiking and strolls. Be sure to bring your hiking boots, as the trails can range from easy walks to more rugged terrain, and some visitors mention that paths may get muddy or buggy depending on the season.

While Saxon Woods Park is famous for its clean, family-friendly atmosphere and pool (additional fee required), it remains a welcoming destination for dog owners seeking natural beauty close to the city. Keep in mind that some amenities like lake or stream access may be limited during dry periods, and while park maintenance is generally good, occasional cleanliness issues in shared facilities have been noted. DO NOT GO TO THIS POOL. STATE QUALITY STANDARD went DOWN and going to this park you will not be able to get a locker without ID and the Park pass is not sufficient enough. The last time I went there the bathrooms were atrocious and dirty. This is from a 60 year old married woman who is a AMERICAN CITIZEN. Don’t make a mistake and leave your stuff around when in the pol. QUALITY STANDARD went down. . They said this rule is across the board. I told them people will be watching at the pool. I can’t say anything for the water but I would be wary of that as well. N.Y STATE may be not here. The cruelty of N.Y state is so observed and I’ll never shut up until it’s returned. Nothing can be taken from me and I don’t have to anything I don’t want to and SAXTON WOODS pool you lost NULL.00. Any AMERICAN would agree with this conflict and would not go off on me for taking my beach chair and smashing in the picnic table. I just put the money back in my bank account. This is normal AMERICAN behavior so keep watching me like you watch and I’m doing all the time as well. I am trusted to battle. 🇺🇸🗽🦅🪓⚖️😎🌻. 👀🦻.

It is a very nice park for all ages. very clean and safe… The pool area is excellent for children and adults, you pay 15 dollars for each person, but if you buy a pass for 95 dollars for three years you only pay 6 dollars each time you go, children under 5 years old enter free.. The best is you can bring your own cooler with a snack, alcoholic is not allowed. you can bring a chair if you wish and a blanket to sit on the grass.. it sells fried potatoes and ice cream

This trail it’s basically a walk in the park , full with mosquitoes and flies, the mini lake and the streams are dry so don’t expect any water at all. You can hear the highway buzz half of the trail.
