White Cloud Roadside park

White Cloud Roadside Park is a scenic spot located along M37 in White Cloud, MI, serving as a trailhead to the beautiful North Country Trail. The park features well-maintained restrooms and picnic areas with enough space for dogs to stretch their legs. While the main trail is stunning, some connector trails are overgrown. Ideal for a quick pit stop or a nature walk, the park offers parking and clean facilities for visitors and their pets.

Park is in great condition. Connector trail is poor. Over grown and covered with 3-leaf thorny vines that snag laces and socks (raspberry). The section of North Country trail going north is almost unusable, crowded with raspberry, other 3 leaf vines, and fallen trees. First time I have ever quit a hike. Restrooms are well maintained and HA. Picnic area is clean, maintained and there is some room for dogs
This park is the trailhead to the exceptional North Country Trail
Great spot for a quick pit stop as you make your way on m37 restrooms are fair . Picnic areas are decent and enough room to let the dogs stretch their legs but not too far as this is a Roadside park .
Beautiful Park / Roadside rest area.
Pretty cool that the North Country Trails also run into this beautiful little spot along M37.
The trail is absolutely stunning! But my big issue with the facility is neither of the restrooms had hand sanitizer in the dispenser. Both were empty. That’s pretty gross. Please bring your own if you plan to use the restrooms, or, better yet, park management, do what even Planet Fitness can do and keep the hand sanitizer stocked. Thank you
