Wheeling park is a great place to get in a hike! We did 5 miles it was a beautiful day!
My sister and I had a very pleasant afternoon sitting in the shade overlooking the big pond. We took our own folding chairs so we could sit anywhere. We could not see any ducks nor geese anywhere near the big pond. The big pond is located near the putt putt golf. Fun paddle boats are available
Great place the staff is wonderful the playground banquet space and pool area are all very clean perfect place to take the family plenty of things to do you can ride the paddle boats go swimming indoor ice rink what highly recommend the sunsets are beautiful
Great local park for some free family fun time! I’d say it’s one of the largest and nicest playgrounds in Wheeling for sure!
Nice 9 hole short track that was in town. The fairways were in decent shape. The greens seemed to be well maintained. Plenty of parking there and greens fee with cart was reasonably priced. There were vending machines but no snack bar in operation.
Also has a pool, tennis, part, band stand, skate rink, playground, and put-put golf.
