The best move in process I’ve had! Ashley, Asia and Susana were a pleasure to work with from reviewing the apartments to the actual move in process. Any time I called or emailed with questions, they were happy to help guide me in the right direction. Duncan Hill apartments are beautifully kept as well. We’re really excited to live here!
I’ve been a tenant for over 4 years and disappointments keep piling up. The latest is their landscaping project that simply consists of completely removing all bushes and small trees around the complex, that housed bunnies, birds, gave beautiful flowers in the spring and made the place a little less ugly. Not to mention other issues, like my washing machine that only fills up half way, moldy bathrooms, cars parking illegally in the property, my car being hit in the parking lot, and the absence of security cameras. It’s 2022, who doesn’t have surveillance?! The only thing they’re good at is raising your rent every year, by a lot! The only reason they even got one star from me is because the staff is friendly, I give them credit for trying. It’s my understanding that this is more of a management problem. And yes I have expressed my concerns on their residents website. And nothing.
We recently lived at Duncan Hill during a renovation and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience! The staff was thoughtful and responsive, the facilities were functional and spacious. Above all, the residents were neighborly and the grassy courtyards offered a lovely community feel and a place for our children to play together. We will definitely recommend to others.
I have enjoyed living at the Duncan Hill Apartments! The neighbors are friendly. I enjoy hearing the laughter of the children playing in the yard. The office staff is responsive and friendly. The location is convenient to town, but also relatively quiet. I have especially been grateful, these last few days, to see how assiduous the company has been about getting ploughs and shovelers out to tackle the snow storm before the ice was able to take hold of the sidewalks and parking lot. I was relieved to see the way the shoveling in front of the garage doors was handled. Thank you!
I love my quiet apartment and the grounds. The office staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile to help ensure your experience is great. I love the pool in the summer, it gives me some relaxation time and the opportunity to catch some sun without having to go to far!
