Eisenhower Dog Park is a spacious and welcoming dog park with large open areas suitable for big dogs as well as a designated small dog area. It is well-maintained with turf that makes cleanup easy, equipped with trash bins and free poop bags for visitors. The park is wheelchair accessible both in entrance and parking, making it inclusive for all visitors. Friendly and responsible dog owners frequent this park, creating a positive and sociable environment for dogs. A unique highlight is a kiddie pool brought by visitors in the summer, offering a fun swim area for dogs. While it lacks features like agility equipment and covered shelters, it remains a great local spot for daily dog visits and socializing.

my dog Groovy loves this park with all his heart he goes everyday and especially loves it in the summer time because we bring a kiddie pool for the dogs to swim in. He has a whole group of friends and everyone there is very friendly and responsible with their fur babies i love it here and so does groovy

Very friendly people. Great dogs. It didn’t get bed until the little dog park.Little dogs started barking at the big dogs and driving them crazy. DPM

This weekend was the first time here. Really nice dog park: nice dogs, responsible people, nice size, turf is nice to have because it makes it easy to pickup after the dog.

So why 4 stars not 5? As I travel with my dog we have been to extraordinary dog parks, 5 stars is reserved for them. Some are on a lake or the sea shore, some cover acres, some are wooded, play equipment, there some with agility equipment.

Very large open area for the big dogs. I took my small dog here a few times, tho she doesn’t love dog parks, they have a nice small area for them as well. Has trash bins all around for easy poopy clean up, free bags. Usually have a hose for water. Everyone is nice and friendly and welcoming.

Come here with my dog every couple of days, he’s not very sociable but he tolerates other dogs in the right environment, so the big open yard is a big plus for when he needs to find a corner to be alone in. He gets excited and goes crazy in the car as soon as he realizes we’re heading to this park. So far the dogs he has encountered have been friendly and respectful, and he’s even made a few friends. I’m sure it depends on the day but we have yet to encounter any real problems.
