Westbrook Dog Park, conveniently located at 254 McVeagh Rd, offers a welcoming space for you and your furry friend in the heart of Westbrook, Connecticut. Situated near the town’s athletic fields, this dog park provides much-needed open space for dogs to socialize and exercise off-leash. With dedicated areas for large and small dogs, your pup can find a spot that fits their needs and play safely.
This dog park is well-regarded for its cleanliness and simple amenities. There are water sources available for dogs, making it easy to keep them hydrated after a fun romp. Waste bags and trash bins are provided to help keep the park tidy. While seating is somewhat limited to a picnic table and one bench, visitors appreciate the friendly, accessible atmosphere for dogs and owners alike.
My pup enjoys the park. There are spaces for both large and smaller dogs. It has water available, it’s clean and even for my hound there’s enough room to race around. I wish it had one thing: comfortable seating and more places to sit. There is a picnic table and one stationary bench, neither of which are at all comfortable, at least for one who suffers back pain. But overall, it’s a fine place to take your pup.
