RATING FOR THE POOL ONLY- If I could put zero I would, the pool itself is great for the little ones that’s not the problem at all. It’s the staff here that makes this facility a problem. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting and im not even referring to safety 🙄 for a place that is suppose to be family friendly and is dealing with children they aren’t very friendly- their vibe is very off putting and God forbid there is an issue. -100 for customer service skills and you’ll be met almost immediately with attitude. ALSO if you’re a non resident be prepared to receive no refund on the fee even if you spent zero time in the pool because the pool happens to close randomly almost immediately after entering.
Pool only reached 3.5ft. Very kid friendly.
Went yesterday for the first time, I loved it everyone well behaved no drama very peaceful love it, and the kids definitely loved it..
Such a cute little pool! Great for little ones. The lifeguards are WAY too much! Me and my little ones got hell every two minutes! For things that were absurd. From the second we got in we got questioned about everything and and yelled at about everything. My kids are 3 and 1 and very well behaved. I understand having rules and being on top of it when it comes to kids and safety but this was just beyond too much.
Amazing swimming pool for toddlers and little ones. Maximum height is 3 Ft 6′. There are four lifeguards each time and 5 minutes break after every session. Overall, safety wise is amazing!
Other than that, there are some picnic tables and shaded areas. However, they could use some more benches.
Facilities include restrooms for both men and women. Showerheads for before and after the pool. Water fountain.
Close by there is a beautiful playground and basketball court.
It’s free for West Springfield residents but visitors are welcome to join for NULL for adults and 3$ for kids.
