Absolutely love this part it’s so peaceful and quiet mostly on the weekdays the weekends we can get a little crowded so I would a recommend going on weekdays it started out as a landfill and they turned it into this place into a park I’ve also been coming to this place since I was 5 years old they keep up with it pretty good though they could do a little bit better on the new rendition with cleaning out the water
This is one of my favorite parks in West Palm Beach. I was looking for a place to run with asphalt surface. This park has a lot of that and space to run, walk or just relax. It also has a nice playground and sport fields. I workout here several times a week. A plus for the beautiful sunset . I’m so happy to have found this park.
It’s always a joy hitting golf balls and playing golf with disabled veterans. Similar to them I make no excuses for anything. To include Dennis Walter’s is inspiring and a damn good golfer.
Bicycle paths are available for all skill levels. Many flat, paved trails; some are shaded, while others are fully exposed to the sun. This park is large and bustling with activity.
A great park to go for an early morning run, plenty of space and privacy so you’re not having to see the same faces constantly on your run. Do beware, closer to the lakes in the morning you’ll find some snakes, but you’ll also see some cute wild bunnies! If you’re lucky, you’ll even spot a gopher!
