Very few hiking trails are wheelchair and stroller accessible, this is one. Originally a road that took a meandering course connecting into South Mountain Ave, now it’s a wide paved trail that dead ends a mile from the trailhead in a what looks like an abandoned parking area. The ruins of a building are at the end of the trail but impossible to explore in the summer. Overall a relatively easy trail. Wide, paved, and in pretty decent condition. It is a moderate up hill for the first half. Parking area is huge with picnic tables and bathrooms. Dogs and bikes welcome on the trail.
