Nice view of NY from the high point. The trials are okay, nothing much to see, but with good company everything is better.
It’s a great place to go and take a walk by yourself or Walk your dog or even with your Family. I just like to go and walk around by myself and let my thoughts wander. And relax.
Eagle Rock Reservation is stunning!!! They have several trails from 1+ miles to 8 miles going through West Orange, Montclair, Verona and I think Cedar Grove. The are color coded on trees and fairly easy to see The Lenape Trail goes to The Highlawn and 9/11 Memorial. You’ll see plenty of deer. It’s very peaceful and serene. None of the trails are difficulty. Dog friendly too !
Highly recommend Eagle Rock Reservation !!!
Beautiful especially between 8am and 10am in May.
