Ray Plasencia is the best ! We had some minor issues with our cabinets and he promptly took care of it. He follows up on pending maintenance requests and makes sure they are not forgotten. He goes out of his way to help and helped me fish my laptop out of a tight space when he saw I was struggling with it. I appreciate the effort put by Ray and the maintenance team in making our stay comfortable.
Love living at West 130. The team in general is amazing 🤩. They’re all superstars !!! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are all covered . I submitted a request for someone to look at my dryer as it was not drying properly and Ray from Maintenance came and check it all out , He cleaned the lint filter and other things but dryer was not still working properly , days later Ray showed up with a Brand new Dryer, installed it left the area cleaned and took the old one . But the most important thing is that during all this process Ray had a smile on his face , kind and with excellent customer service and attention to detail – couldn’t be happier with result now our clothes are dry and beautiful . Thank you Ray and the West 130 team you guys are MAGIC . Blessings to all of you .

I have lived here for three years and it has been a great experience. Monica in the leasing office is exceedingly kind, helpful, and prompt with resolving any concerns in the building. She does all she can to make the living experience here as enjoyable as possible while managing so many tenants. Ray responds rapidly to maintenance concerns while spreading positive energy anywhere he goes. He is skilled at his craft and a pleasure to speak with. The team here truly cares and does everything they can to foster community. As someone who has moved well over ten times in their life, I feel at home here. I can sleep well at night knowing that if I ever have an issue, I likely won’t have the same issue by the next day.
