I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Angel, our Senior Maintenance Manager, for his outstanding service. This past weekend, he came out between 7–8pm to fix my unit’s A/C and stayed until around 9:30pm to make sure everything was working properly. On top of that, he followed up the next day to check in and ensure the system was still running smoothly.
He was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his dedication—especially on a weekend evening.

I’ve been at One Park for a year & 4 months. Everything went smooth during my move in. I’ve never had any delays with responses to any questions or concerns. Any small issues were addressed immediately. Ashley has is very attentive and very community oriented. The new women in the office are friendly and very communicative as well. Everyone who works on the property always says good morning & ask if everything is good with my space. Angel, Xavier & Chris are very hard worked and always ensure the building is well kept.
