Absolutely love this park!! So much so, we got married there!! The scenery is absolutely beautiful with waterways, waterfalls and bridges. Benches to sit on and look out over the water, the scenery, the wildlife the whole vibe is absolutely incredible. Perfect place to have a picnic on a casual Sunday!!!
Beautiful Memorial Park. Short walks through rolling paths under a wide variety of trees and bushes. The original stonework and structures are still there. I can imagine the mills and waterworks involved. Several plaques mounted on stonework for Veterans.
Really pretty little park, very quiet and relaxing. Good for a quick walk or to take a break out in nature, no long hiking trails or anything. Very tidy and well kept/landscaped as well!
Step away into a beautifully kept piece of history about Indigenous people who were here and its dedication to our war heroes! With tons of seating along the many paths along the flowing water you can’t help but restore some much needed dose of nature and relaxation. Great for pictures and reading and dog walking or just to catch some fresh air!
This is a very small but really pretty park. It’s a perfect spot to relax, and there are a few benches to sit and admire the bridges and streams. Its beauty makes it popular with photographers – I saw a wedding party and a family having pictures taken.
