Hopewell Dog Park is a favorite destination for dog owners in West Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, offering a clean and friendly space for your pup to play and socialize. This relatively new park features three distinct fenced areas: one for large dogs, one for small dogs, and an impressive dedicated agility section for training and energetic play. Visitors appreciate the park’s tidy environment, the readily available poop bags, and trash bins—perfect for pet parents who sometimes leave supplies at home.
Comfort and convenience are top priorities here. While shaded spots and water sources may not always be available, many locals bring water for their pups to enjoy with the on-site communal bowls. The park’s friendly community and well-maintained grounds ensure a safe and pleasant visit for both dogs and their owners. If you’re searching for a dog-friendly park in West Aliquippa or pet-friendly trails in the area, this park is a must-visit!
Nice park but there is no water source. If you have an energetic dog, you may want to bring water to pour into one of the many bowls! Poop bags and trash are available and tidy. My dog had a great run and play session.
Our new puppy, Ahsoka, absolutely loves this place! They take such good care of the park. So happy to have somewhere like this to take our puppy. She’s made so many friends there!
We took our standard poodle puppy to the park today. It’s his first time going to the dog park. I was worry that he might not get along with other dog, but everything went very well. We met 5 other dogs over there. They play together and having a good time. Park is nice and clean, water and poop bag available there so if you forgot water or bag, you dont need to worry about it. Everyone that I met today are very nice person and their dogs are also well behave. The park have 3 different fence area. One for big dog, one for small dog and another is for agility training.
Definitely go back there again.
Good alternative to local park and closer than Brady’s run. People are overall friendly. Some dogs not monitored as well as they should be though.
Stopped by today for the first time with my older golden retriever. It is about a year old so it’s basically new and is a really nice size dog park! It has separate areas for agility, senior dogs, etc. Great to see stuff like this around here! 😊
