Although the rooms are clean and updated for the most part; while I was in the shower, my boyfriend was at the vanity and seen something run across the floor. It was a long, narrow, brownish beetle looking insect..(pic included) Rm 130
I was very excited to hear they had breakfast except after getting it. I was very disappointed the apple juice I got tasted watered down and also left a taste in your mouth that made it pretty obvious they haven’t cleaned the tubes in the juice machine in a while. The French toast looked amazing, but I couldn’t eat it even drowning it in butter and maple syrup. I don’t know where they store it but it’s not wrapped well enough or their refrigerator is not Clean enough because each bite I tried to take had the immediate taste of dirty dish water as if it absorbed all the terrible smells and taste lingering where it’s stored.. The little interaction I did have with the staff was very nice though.
Stayed here 1 nite it was wonderful. Staff was friendly. It is still being remodeled but not cause any disruption to guests. The room was. Remodeled it was very modern and very attractive. Comfy bed . The breakfast had only waffles for a hot offering but they did offer sugar free syrup. Good for being a diabetic. Will definitely stay here again if passing through

I stayed at a Microtel once before and the room was super small! I was very surprised when Inwalked into this room, it was perfect! It was clean, and new (still smelled the fresh paint). Staff was very friendly and they kept apologizing for the construction in the breakfast area, but it is going to be very nice when it’s done and it didn’t stop us from eating! I would definitely come back here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modern design of the King room. The interior appears recently renovated, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB outlets, which made charging multiple devices convenient. I also appreciated the inclusion of an iron and ironing board.
The only downside was the noise — the walls are quite thin. On our first night, we could clearly hear children running and playing in the room above us (our mistake for choosing the first floor). The following morning, we were woken up by the sound of a neighbor’s TV.
Overall, a solid stay, but we’re giving four stars due to the noise issues.

As of June 2025, refurbished rooms. Small, as the name suggests, but perfectly fit for purpose. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and a Dunkin across the parking lot. Sparsely staffed to keep the costs down but when I was there, the receptionist was great. Good value for money but don’t expect any frills.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so there is a lor of construction noises and workman busy with that but the staff is nicely attempting to accommodate guests. The elevator was out when we checked in and we always have a lot of heavy stuff as we work om the road but the desk clerk offered to help us take our things upstairs to our room. Rooms are clean and I’m sure in the near future will all be redone after the renovation is complete
