Great people came in at 2am, they answered the door after just waking up with a smile happy to give you a room. The room was clean and well taken care of for the age they are renovating to improve the property definitely will be staying here again! Thank you for the great costumer service.
I enjoyed my stay here the staff are very kind they make you feel like you’re welcome. The rooms have been fairly remodeled. They are still in the process of remodeling but make sure stay feel like you’re acting. And if you need anything you can always go to Robert and he is willing to help. And JP is very kind to he was teaching my son his language and my son enjoyed it.
They have construction going on at the time of this review. They’re installing underground utilities so there’s a deep trench in the middle of the parking lot. The rooms looked decent.
Have stayed many years during balloon rally weekend. Called for a room reservation in February, desk attendant says room will be available third weekend in July. We show up Friday to check in and no room available, all reservations made before May were cancelled, so left us hanging without a room, no courtesy phone call to let us know. Desk attendant called owner, was very rude and hung up on us. Shady business practices with poor to no customer service. After many years staying here we will not be back no matter what they change, unless ownership changes hands.
Well, its a motel. What would u expect. I was very late. Took almost an hour to get somebody’s attention, pretty sure i woke them up. Its dated, great price if ur on a “budget”.
No bugs or anything, some people were partying a few rooms down i think. Overall its a staple in town, and if ur not too picky a decent place to stay.
