We used Tiadaghton Campground as our end point of the late May, 8-mile kayak down Pine Creek. (Be sure to put in at the Ansonia boat ramp on the West side of the creek.)

The road to Tiadaghton was better than expected, but good ground clearance is necessary.

The campground and toilet are standard for a State Forest – more primitive than a State Park.

Beautiful spot for fishing, relaxing, kayaking, canoeing, or stopping off during your bike ride.

Night 2 of a 3 day trip spent here. Close to trail and great wildlife sightings. Loved the campground. Water needed to be filtered but was available. Pine creek was pretty low when we stayed in Aug of 2020
