Located at 4800 At Port Imperial, the Dog Park in Weehawken Township, NJ is a well-maintained and thoughtfully designed space for your furry companions to romp and play. With its scenic waterfront view of the Manhattan skyline, this park offers a memorable experience not just for pets, but also for owners who enjoy a beautiful backdrop while their dogs stretch their legs.
The dog park is known for being clean, always stocked with doggy poop bags, and ideal for socialized off-leash play. While the park is on the smaller side, it’s perfect for a quick energy burn and for meeting other local dogs. Visitors recommend arriving before peak evening hours to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.
It’s a nice and clean park. I wish it was bigger so the dogs could run around more freely when it’s busy.
It’s very small like half my living room. There is a construction now so maybe they will make it bigger?
Not only a good spot for you furry friend to unwind but a great little spot to get some nice photos. Definitely top notch spot.
Great waterfront dog park with sufficient room for 4-legged friends to run. And a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline. It may get crowded in the evening hours (5:30pm – 7:30pm), but normally still enough space for doggies to have fun.
Small but well designed, well maintained and always have ample supply of doggy poo bags making sure they don’t run out incase you forgot yours and you won’t have to leave the dog park dirty. Normal peak times are extremely busy. However go 30 minutes before the rest of the herd heads that way and it is perfect for your dog(s) to get some fun runs in and energy out besides their walk alone. Highly recommend. And thank you for having such a well thought out and needed dog park in the area.
