Discover a scenic escape at the Frisco Greenway Trail – Webb City Trailhead, a great spot for dog owners and nature lovers alike in Webb City, Missouri. This trail features wide gravel paths shaded by trees, perfect for dog-friendly hiking, casual strolls, or runs with your furry friend. The area is known for its natural beauty, birdwatching opportunities, and serene atmosphere. Many locals praise the well-kept grounds and easy, accessible trails, making it a favorite for pet owners seeking outdoor adventures.
While the Frisco Greenway Trail is not a traditional fenced dog park, it welcomes leashed pets and offers plenty of shade and wildlife to enjoy. Parking is available in a small gravel lot west of the railroad tracks, though it could be improved. The trail offers rocky terrain in spots, so protective footwear is advised for both you and your pet. Please note: ticks can be common, especially in warmer months, so take precautions. With its proximity to playgrounds and fields, this dog-friendly trail is perfect for families combining outdoor fun for both kids and pets in the heart of Webb City.
Trail is great but desperately needs signage. Trailheads, Street crossings, and parking areas need to be labeled and some signs on the roads labeling said areas would be nice so visitors can find them and be aware that they are there.

Very calm wide gravel path with no mud or water puddles on the trail. Most of the way was in the shade of trees. It crossed several roads but they were well market. I saw several birds and squirrels on my walk. Some house along the way have made there owen access from there backyards to the trail. I recommend it to those that want to stay healthy
