Red Run Park offers so much! Concerts, kiddie train, several playgrounds, small stream and a lake to fish. Plenty of picnic tables, a few covered. Restroom onsite. 9-11 memorial that tells the history. Parking in several areas of the park. The park is huge! Lots of trees. Take bug spray, insects would not leave me alone.
Beauitful park, well laid out with lots of shade and a small stream running through, we was there for the annual car show, which was great with some fantastic cars on display plus there was also a bluegrass band playing in a seperate area of the psrk, all in all a great visit
A beautiful pArk with running water .always clean. Plenty of picnic tables and areas to eat. and the play equipment is kept in good working condition.
Took our pup here to walk and explore. Nice place. Lots of playground equipment and areas to cook and eat. Also a small train track with a station. It wasn’t running, but the sign said it would be opening soon.
Google told me “You visited Yesterday”… Well, that’s a lie… Been joking with my family about being one of those Karens and joked about suing the place because of my sister’s kids getting hurt (We Joke about this often we never do anything. We usually joke like this on fortnite…. It’s a way for us to laugh and have fun…) The place is incredible… We used to play in the creek as kids… The train from my understanding. There was a few areas closed off for reconstruction… Not too bad. Happens some times… Hate to be a snitch but, some one and there family were playing on the area under construction. Those family somehow inspired my sister’s kids to head there on repeat. She had to send her boyfriend after them I had to find other things for them to do to keep them busy and not get hurt… It was a frustrating day… They did eventually hurt themselves at the opposite side of the playground… They got back up and walked it of… I was obviously not having as much fun as I was when I was a kid… Used to be better… Wished they kept the old playground stuff…
