This is one of the best parks in town. It has baseball, volleyball and soccer play grounds. It has multiple play areas for kids. Beautiful lake kind of pond and walking and cycling tracks. This park is very scenic and has lot of playing activities for kids including different slides, swings, climbing, play houses etc. Good public toilets and various sitting areas in the park.
Great open space. It looks like a small park, but to my surprise it has such a huge open space in the middle and you could play so many different ball games all at the same time. It’s wonderful to be able to see the valley in the back and watch the fireworks at the same time.
It’s also close to other shopping places. After walking the dogs, you could easily get groceries or some refreshments for yourself.
Winter lights are very pretty. It’s worth going there in the evening.
July 4th fireworks are great, though the parking (and leaving) is not fun.
There’s free compost!
This park is really pretty, I loved the overall nature of it. And I liked how it had different play areas for different ages groups. I also liked the lake with the ducks swimming around. The only thing that I didn’t like and that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is the amount of animal feces that was everywhere on the grounds, which makes it impossible to walk around without looking directly under your feet so you won’t step on anything.
